Plum Tree Barks is a secure dog field and ideal space for dogs to play, exercise and socialise freely without the worry of them running off. Plum Tree Barks consists of a 1 acre field with robust 6ft fencing, enrichment equipment, running water, shelter and surrounding countryside.
- Where is Plum Tree Barks Located?
Plum Tree Barks is located at Plum Tree Park Farm, Church Lane, Betley CW3 9AY. It is well signposted down Church Lane.
- When is Plum Tree Barks open?
Plum Tree Barks is open from 6am-10pm every day, although be aware of reduced hours during winter due to lack of lighting.
- How does Plum Tree Barks work/How do I book?
Plum Tree Barks can be booked via our website www.plumtreebarks.co.uk. Just choose your session and follow the online instructions. You can also book directly by emailing us at plumtreebarks@gmail.com. Upon booking you will receive a code to enter the field. Please be aware that this code will change periodically to maintain safety and security therefore always check your emails prior to arriving to ensure easy access.
- How much does private hire cost to use Plum Tree Barks?
Cost to use Plum Tree Barks depends on your party of dogs and the duration of your session. This is made clear at booking. Please choose the appropriate session at booking.
- What is the cancelation policy?
Bookings for Plum Tree Barks are non-refundable if cancelled or not attended. Your session will only be refunded in extenuating circumstances which is up to the discretion of the business or at times that Plum Tree Barks have had to cancel your booking in an emergency or “Act of God”.
- Can I book the Plum Tree Barks for Private events?
Yes, Plum Tree Barks is the ideal space for dog parties, training sessions or for private dog walkers to facilitate. Please ensure you book the appropriate session and maintain the rules as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- Are there any rules for using Plum Tree Barks?
Yes, users of Plum Tree Barks must adhere to all the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions. It is essential that users sign the waiver before entry to Plum Tree Barks.
Users must ensure that their dog(s) are always supervised, they clean up after their dog and themselves and that dogs are non-aggressive and healthy.
- Can I bring more than one Dog?
Yes, please book the appropriate session for amount of dogs being brought to the field as there may be an additional cost.
- What should I do if my dog behaves aggressively?
If your dog behaves aggressively or shows any signs of aggressive behaviour, you must immediately remove them from Plum Tree Barks to ensure the safety of other dogs and users. Repeated aggressive behaviour may result in permanent revoke of being able to book Plum Tree Barks.
- Are there any health requirements for dogs?
All dogs that attend Plum Tree Barks must be in good health, free from contagious diseases and up to date with vaccinations including Kennel Cough. All dogs must also be microchipped. Proof of vaccination may be asked for during your visit.
- Are there any rules/ restrictions on Banned Breed dogs?
At Plum Tree Barks we welcome all dogs and breeds. Upon booking we request that you state the breed of dog(s) you are bringing to Plum Tree Barks. Any dog deemed as a banned breed under government law at the time of booking must take note of additional rules set out in section 6 of the Terms and Conditions. By booking Plum Tree Barks you are agreeing to these additional rules.
- Do I need to clean up after my dog? What do I do with litter?
It is essential that you take responsibility and clean up after your dog either taking waste home or by using the waste bins provided.
Please take any personal litter home. Any broken small items of enrichment equipment please also dispose of the ensure the health and safety of other users.
- What do I do if I notice Plum Tree Barks is not safe/ equipment/ fencing is broken?
It is your responsibility as owners to ensure that Plum Tree Barks is safe upon entering. Any concerns with the safety please either contact Howard on 07974446061 or Charlotte on 07918077146. Anything, non-urgent please email plumtreebarks@gmail.com.
- Is Plum Tree Barks monitored by CCTV?
Yes, for the safety and security of all users, Plum Tree Barks is monitored by CCTV. By using Plum Tree Barks you consent to this monitoring.
